Listen to your body

For us this is the most important tip. Listen to your body. There may be weeks that we don't feel 100% or we may have an injury and that is ok. The key thing in this is to listen to what our body tells us. Our body has an amazing way of telling us that we need rest. Sometimes it may just mean that we take a class at a slower pace or whether we simply need to miss a week. What ever our body needs, listen to it and respect it.
